At GYL Baby we stand behind all of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from us, you may return it for a refund within 14 calendar days from receipt of purchase or exchange it within 28 calendar days.
If the product is damaged, we may request photos of the item(s).

Conditions for voluntary returns:

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
- Exchanges must be requested within 28 days of delivery date
- Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Item must be returned with all tags and packaging in their original condition from a smoke-free environment
- Item must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt
